The build doesn't really matter. MS doesn't change the product based onwhere they sell it, only based on the product version. That is Deluxe vs Standard, etc. Any given version will upgrade to the latest build for that version when connected to the internet. -- Chris Cowles Gainesville, FL |

If the Best Buy wants as THEIR edge over Circuit City etc. (apparently as WalMart has done) Along those same lines , new supermarket opened near my home last week - 2 liter Pepsi is selling for 68 cents( which is "normally" $1.29 at nearby chains). I stopped at a Walmart a few miles away from that supermarket last night - they are also selling the same Pepsi ( has Superman movie promo on it) for 68 cents, so it (it =" if you want my business I want this pricing") can be done. We'll see what happens at Best Buy. Personally I don't like them 'cuz it takes too long to checkout, but if the difference is $50 off now vs mail-in and wait 6 weeks for the $50, I'd go there. Bobb |

| So what are they going to do? Tell the marketing departments to shove their mail in's and keep their products? The big retailers certainly have the clout. | I bot it from Costco with a $40 MS rebate so it seems that WMT simply bargained for the correct price thus saving MS lots of money jerking around with a rebate and its added costs. Marketing is known for wasting money on silly games. My uneducated guess is the 00394 is a newer 'build' than the 00391 so I wouldn't worry about it. | What is the difference between the versions of Money 2006 Deluxe with the sku of 860-00394 and 860-00391? The one with 860-00394 is sold at Wal Mart for $19, and the 860-00391 is sold everywhere else for $59. I need to know if there's anything missing from the 860-00394 that's in the 860-00391 version. |
