| It may be specific to BofA and MBNA, but you can try the following: Try a new Passport, to see if it a problem with the data linked to that Passport on the MSN Money servers. See if it is your Money 2006 data file, by going out to MSN Money directly : http:\\money.msn.com and see if you can add your accounts in the My Accounts area. -Mark "JML" <jml[at]lotz_removethis_law.com> wrote in message news:%23vsjKsAjGHA.3816[at]TK2MSFTNGP02.phx.gbl... - quote - > Thanks Cal. | Thanks Cal. Even before your reply, I tried to disable and re-enable synchronization, without success. Still no MSN sync and the Bank of America account will not update. Also, I just got a new MBNA credit card and I can't even complete the online services setup for that account. Sync is disabled now and I'll wait a few days and see if it works. I'm a big supporter of MS but this is really frustrating (along with their apparent lack of committment to just making Money a solid product like they are with most of their other product lines). OK. It seemed like a possibility. Perhaps Yodlee got behind on updating that particular account. So if it does not cure itself soon, I would consider disabling the account for online access anyway, and then re-enabling. That can solve miscellaneous problems. As in other things, keep an extra copy or backup of your Money file in case you want to undo something for some reason. That reminds me; in M06: Tools-> Settings-> BackupOptions I suggest checking x Automatically backup my Money file every time I close Money Save in [a place on your hard drive ] x Ask me before backing up each time* x Compress Backup Files Keep only the _20_most recent backup files [adjust to taste] Since drive space is plentiful, I actually set mine to 99. I haven't needed it yet, but my drive has a lot of space. |

| It would be nice to get some up-to-date information on the status of the synchronization problems. The last message was from yesterday saying it would be fixed by last night; it's still not working and there is no update as to when they think it will be working. |
