Is your account one that
http://www.microsoft.com/money/bankonline.aspx shows as being
accessible via a "third party"? If so, that could be on hold for

I have been having trouble updating Money since May 20th. When I try to
update Money says "Microsoft Money could not update your account. Please try
to update your account again. If the problem continues, contact Customer
Support."

I just found out today that on May 19th or 20th a lot of thigns were done to
the MSN/Money website and I think they are related.

First, tried all the regular troubleshooting items that my bank asked me to
do (remove cookies, clear temp. internet items, reboot, etc). That didn't
help. Then I installed Money on another computer and setup a new file to
connect to my bank. That wouldn't work either.

Quicken works fine.

I tried to add an account on the MSN Money www site, and sync that, it too
wouldn't work.

Is anyone else having a problem downloading transactions? I don't want to
use the web components, I just want to use the program on my home computer.
all of the sudden the program breaks. it's very stressful and fustrating.
i've been using Quicken in the meantime but really want to see this get fixed.
