Right-click on the column names area and then click "customize current
view". Move over to "portfolio columns" and you will see where you define
the number of digits and the format for each column.

Er, I'm using Money (2005) and in the Account register it shows all six
digits.

Do you mean how to keep leading zeros on your cheque/check serial numbers?

I have a 19" LCD panel set at 1280 x 960. Difficult to guesstimate font size but it looks a lot smaller than this. If I switch to HTML this message in Arial is bigger than Money at 10 points but smaller at 8 points.

So Bob
I am using M2006, and had upgraded from 2005. However, there still was only
5 digits viewable in the number column. I am using screen size 800x600.
Increaseing the screen size does give me more numbers, but the font becomes
too small. What is your screen size? Can you estimate the font by eyeball.
I think mine would go down to a 4.
thanks.

I forgot to try that. Indeed, the width of this column grow proportionally
when the window is maximized on a large screen. On, say, a 1920x1200 screen,
you'd probably have all kinds of digits in this field--if you could stand
using Money with the window maximized.

My M2005 (out of the box) displays 9 digits but will allow me to input more.
Must be related to screen display size I guess.

Silence probably indicates the answers to your questions are No and No.

Default how to change number column to six digits

Hello all.
Can anyone tell me how to increase the available digits in the number
column? My check book use 6 digits, and I would like all 6 to be view in
the number column. Can I remove the exclamation mark, or the flag mark?
Your help is much appreciated!
