receiving statements/entering transactions

I've done that and it doesn't help.

Nothing shows up at all.

What do you get when you select to view unaccepted transactions only in your
account register?

Try File> Repair Money File> Quick File Repair. If that doesn't work try
File> Repair Money File> Standard File Repair.

DO A BACKUP FIRST. MAKE SURE YOU CAN RESTORE FROM THE BACKUP. Consider also
simply making a COPY of your *.mny file.

I download my transactions from the bank, money says I have 1 statement to
read which says that I have let's say 5 transactions. So I click on the
statement and nothing happens. So now it's been a couple of weeks and it
still says I have 1 statement but not I have like 35 transactions. Why are
they not showing up in bold in my register like before. HELP?
