You can bring an investment back from the missing by entering, say, a
dividend by symbol.

Then you can manipulate the investment.

Then you can delete the bogus dividend.

The problem with blanking the symbol is that the investments are not listed
anymore, and their transactions have been "deleted".

My file went down 9MB with the technique I used

I still recommend you blank the symbol first.

I think I found a better way:

In the portfolio view, Click on Work with Investments link on the left, then
select Delete Investment from the popup menu.

Go to the investment details. Blank the symbol in Details.

Then in the left column, see if there is a choice to
DeleteThisInvestment.

If you don't have that choice, go to InvestmentActivities and delete
each transaction for that investment.

Hi all,

Is there a way to "really" delete investments in MNY SB 2005 and all their
related information, instead of them being listed unncessarily?

Thanks,
Ivan
