You are talking about the Investment Transactions register, I think.

Select the first transaction you want to mark Reconciled. Hold down
Cntl+Shift keys. Then alternate pressing M and <cursorDown> keys.

You might be able to hold down with the left hand, and put right
thumb on M, and right pinky on the <cursorDown> key. Then waggle
your right hand appropriately.

Default mark as reconciled?

I have a brokerage account with several transactions that have been entered
but not marked reconciled. Is there a way to quickly mark them as
reconciled? In older versions of Money, I could do it with ALT E M R, but
with 2006, I see no way to do it except by right-clicking on each
transaction individually.
