| Cal's point was probably that now that you've setup a bill pay service with some provider, with or without Money involvement, they want to continue charging you for that service. You aren't being charged because you have Money installed. You're being charged because you signed up for some service. Does the phone company quit charging if you unplug the instruments? Does the cable company quit charging if you throw you TVs away? I don't know what that would show you.> them or not. Thanks If somebody is charging you 6.95 per month, why would they want to stop by virtue of your removing Microsoft Money? |

I suspect it is your bank charging you that. Some banks do charge amonthly fee for Microsoft Money interfacing. If you signed up MSN Bill Pay, that could be a monthly charge. But I was thinking that that amount is not 6.95 per month. I don't know that it might not have gone up. And I assume that would be identified on your statements. But you should definitely be able to find out who is charging you and/or stop it. How about this: "You don't know who is debiting my account? I don't either. I refute the charge." |

I had a 7.77 charge appear on my credit card bill one time that I had not bought anything from. At least I knew who the reported payee was. Had I not brought that up to the credit card company, perhaps it would have continued. That's an advantage of downloading transactions from Microsoft Money. I see the transactions while they are fresh, so it is easier for me to remember if they correspond to something I actually bought. - quote - > They ask "do u have an online banking account with anyone"

You know somebody is charging you 6.95. So doesn't whatever tells you that also tell you who is charging you? If it doesn't, call the institution that shows the charge and ask them what that charge is. - quote - > "Cal Learner-- MVP" wrote: > > In microsoft.public.money, Mr. Jacobs wrote: > > > > When I bought My Dell computer, Microsoft Works Suite was installed on it. | I do not know thats the problem. I call my bank and they have no idea where its coming from. They ask "do u have an online banking account with anyone" and the only people I would have an account with, would be Microsoft Money. I filled out all this info, my account number, my e-mail address and everything and now, im gettin charged 6.95 and the only place i think of it coming from is from Mircosoft.
