Am I the only to have it? breakdown, right along with your employee contributions. I'm with Wells Fargo for my 401K (they're the worst I've ever dealt with as far exporting transactions into Money) so I have to do everything manually. Sounds like you'll have to manually adjust every three months, as well, during reconciliation by zeroing out your cash account and updating the money market account to agree with your statements. |

| My 401(k) is managed by Fidelity. On a monthly basis, I download from their site the purchases done with my contributions as well as my employer's contributions. First issue: I do not know if it is Fidelity or Money's problem. The dividends / capital gains that have been reinvested during the month appear as 'BUY' in the Fidelity's download. So, it impacts the number of shares of the investment correctly. But it negatively impacts my 'cash account' linked to the 401(k) as no credit entry for that dividend is entered in the cash account, just the debit for the purchase of the shares (reinvestment). Second issue: the matching amount is not captured by the cash account. So my cash account is out of balance for the employer's contributions and for the dividends/capital gains reinvested. Is there an automated solution tho this issue? Am I the only to have it? Thanks |
