Every year I stumble around for hours trying to get these totals and it is always so difficult to get to the right place in the quickest way. I printed these instructions and will guard them with my life. Thank you both. There are various tabs that allow you to change various things about the reports. Transactions by Category would probably be useful to you. |

If you are, try customizing the Spending by Category Rows & Columns|Columns to Months or Years and Rows to Categories or Subcategories. Spending by Payee can be customized similarly.
