I think what he's suggesting is that you go back to IE6 for
interoperability with Money, but maybe try something else for your
day to day browsing needs.

You misinterpret me or I was not too clear. Money requires a working
IE. IE is a http browser but also does other things useful to some
applications. It is not the only http browser. Mozilla offers 2
alternatives that are feature rich and to which people have added lots
of interesting optional add-ons ( extendable ) called Extentions. IMO
having several different browsers is like owning several autos.

MS won the browser war against Netscape. The Mozilla organization has
stolen it back with their browsers.

It works with IE7 beta 2.

I was not aware any browser other than IE could be used with Money. It just
stopped working with the new version of IE beta and tech support really gave
me no option other than taking it off in Add/Remove Programs and going back
to IE version 6.

Have you tried Mozilla Firefox?
It is extensible and loaded with features.
I rarely use IE.
I use IE if and when I might encounter Java problems at some site.

Default Money online features stop working with IE 7.0 beta

A reported bug. They are looking for a fix. None of the online features work
with IE 7.0 installed. Have to take it off in Add/Remove Programs and go
back to IE version 6. Really liked IE 7.0 but can't do online banking. Oh,
well.
