Since you are the first to report it here that I recall, I think your best
bet follows the track of suggestions I already gave you: video card driver.
But that's just a suggestion.

Microsoft does not read these newsgroups. The Microsoft Money team tends not
to fix bugs they know about and that are pervasive. This is probably
neither.
