Come on Microsoft get your act together. I had to rebuild my computer this
weekend and didn't anticipate a program I purchased would cause me so much
grief. I haven't changed my passport settings since purchasing this program.
I guess you get what you pay for. I got Money free with the purchase of
Taxcut. Next year I will either purchase the CD or dump Money all together.
This problem was first reported on 4/21 and there's still no resolution!!!

Haven't heard anything new. Suggest you keep an eye on the networkstatus
URL.

You can also try sweet talking support into sending you a CD.

Any idea of when this will be resolved? I am having the same problem,
microsoft should refund the money; or send out cds.

I'm having same problem for different reason - reinstalling after hard drive
crash. At least I know now where to check for the status. Thanks.

Just out of curiosity... How many people have done as I have, and changed
your original e-mail address for the passport login since you created the
account, and are also having issues with the online purchase reverting to the
trial version?
