Are you buying Treasury bills directly (via Treasury Direct or Legacy
Treasury Direct)? Or through a financial institution (bank or broker)?

Read up on Investments in online help. The basic drill is to create an
Investment Account, define Investments, and then enter a transaction to Buy
holdings in these investments. The Investments are then held in the
Investment Account.
