Thus, the summary view for me is what I need to see first. I almost never enter transactions manually because I download the transactions from the institution. |

| I use Investment Account Summary to cross-check statement share balances and to get to the Account Update for my 401k. Indeed, it's the only place Investment Account Update is exposed. | I enter transactions the old-fashioned way. Investment Account Summary is the least logical default view. FWIW, in addition to Cal's suggestion, getting to Investment Account Summary from the pages exposed on Account List is a one-click operation involving only exposure to the Related Links advertising. | I work out of the Account List in the Banking tab, which is my opening screen. When I click on an Investment Account, the default view is the Investment Transactions, not the Account Summary or the Cash Transactions. This is not very logical and highly irritating. The most logical default view would be...Account Summary. Is there any way I can change the default view to Account Summary when I click on an Investment Account? I know I can get this view in the Investing tab, but I must click through even more irritating MSN ads, in the software I paid alot of money for, to get to that screen. |
