| I'm having this same issue. I purchased a new computer and moved my money file over to it and went to sing in after installing it and linking up to the file, I could no longer get into my accounts via MS Money since Mid March. I went to the extreme of opening a new passport account and starting from scratch and still no luck with updating my accounts on line. I have National City accounts, Capital one Credit card and Providian and they all worked fine before. Somethings screwy here. The only difference between computers is that I'm running XP Media Center where the other was XP Pro. HELP!!! |

| Carl, I looked into the tech note you suggested, but my issue really isn't that I can't log in, but I get the following: You are currently working offline. You may no longer be signed in to Money on the Passport Network. To work online again... If I exit Money and come back in it says I'm connected. I still went through some of the step, like clearing out cookies and temp files. I guess it's almost time to reload. All my back transactions are stored in my .mny file correct? | Carl, Yes this is still an issue. To the point yesterday, Money removed the accounts as online accounts. I am running Money '06 Premium Version 15.0.125.513 My accounts are a credit union, and MBNA. As a side note... since this restore I am constantly being booted out of ..NET. So I receive the "you are not connected to .NET, you must close Money and re-login" Thanks, Scott "Cal Learner-- MVP" wrote: - quote - > In microsoft.public.money, Scott <spokriefka[at]incat.com.(donotspam)> wrote: > > After restoring a backup two accounts needed to be relinked to download from > > their respective institutions. | After restoring a backup two accounts needed to be relinked to download from their respective institutions. The setup appeared to work, but since then they will not automatically download, or come back with update unsuccessful. Scott |
