| No, but apparently it works better that way. "Eric" <evdslh[at]hotmail.com> wrote in message news:4434ddcc$0$728$5fc3050[at]dreader2.news.tiscali.nl... - quote - > Do I always have to add an investment from the account itself instead of > through the portfolio view? |

| Hello, When I add an investment in an investment account, I usually do that from the porfolio view. Standing in the account I want to add an investment into, I click on "Work with investments : Setup a new investment". I then enter all the information needed, including commission etc. but when I finish this, the amount is never deducted from the cash balance. I have to click on the new investment and fill out the account from which this investment is bought. So it is not that I am not currently working in that account, because I am and the investmet does show up in the right account. Anyone else experiencing this? Do I always have to add an investment from the account itself instead of through the portfolio view? Thanks, Eric |
