| Have you tried going to the web site and sending an email to support. Sometimes too you can reset it by removing online services and then reestablishing it. I would try online support first. | Funny thing is that I have had a Shell card for years and didn't realize that it was suported in M03. My card is actually serviced by Citibank South Dakota. I never even checked to see if it was supported for auto downloads by any other name than Citibank. I can still download transactions directly from the Shell credit card website though. | No. Regular Shell Credit Card. Been using it and Money has tracked it beautifully for over two years... Something's changed on Money's support of Shell (Gasoline) Credit Cards. | You sure this isn't a Shell Visa card issued by a bank like Chase or MBNA. If it is a Chase credit card, you can go to their web page and establish credentials, and then use those to set up your card within Money. If it is just a plain Shell Card, then my suggestions is to use a regular VISA or MasterCard that has Money support. Chase and AMEX are good bets. | Until last Friday I was able to download my gasoline purchases from Shell Oil automatically. I had to reset my on-line services for my credit cards, but now, Shell Credit Card is not listed as a credit card provider in Money (or on the Money web site). What's up? |
