Default RE: Changing Loan Details

I figured it out. I had to set it up with the wizard.

Default Changing Loan Details

I am completely new to Money, but I can't for the life of me figure out how
to change the interest rate on a loan account I just entered. I have checked
out the knowledge base, and help, and both say to

1)Go to the Account List.
2)Click the name of an account.
3)In the left pane, under Other tasks, click Change account settings.
Under Loan Terms, click Change Loan Terms or Update Interest Rate.

The problem starts at Step 3 -- I have no section titled "Loan Terms". All
I have is a section titled "Liablity Details".

I deleted and recreated to make sure I hadn't set this up as a "Liability"
account instead of Loan account, but the same thing is ocurring.

Thanks,
