In my Money 2005, I don't have a Categories & Payees. I have a
Categories, but that has nothing there for Payees.

I have checked every setting in Money '05 and I cannot even find a
Payees listing, other than in the dropdown for when I add an entry into
the register.

the explicit list, select Delete, repeat until done. More importantly,
somewhere in the nightmare that is Tools|Settings on M05, there is a setting
to have it not remember every Payee you ever enter. When you enter one you
haven't used before, it will ask if you want to add it to the explicit list.

I suspect I am missing something obvious, but I cannot find the setting
