I would try printing to a virtual PDF "printer" to see if the> older versions of money and windows. Other advice? problem occurs then. PDF995 and CutePDF are free. If the problem does not occur then, I would look at changing printer drivers. And as a possible workaround for a while, you could print to the PDF "printer", then print the resulting PDF file to the actual printer. - quote - > Re: archiving....got that advice when we called the ms help desk and asked > about > the printing problem. | Searched for rsabase.dll. Does not exist. Noticed that the advice was for older versions of money and windows. Other advice? Re: archiving....got that advice when we called the ms help desk and asked about the printing problem. Since then, others have advised that size of file is really not an issue. Archiving has been a waste of time and made things a bit more complicated. Please advise on the RUNTIME ERROR issue. You might try the> error "runtime error". Make sure you understand what archive does. Are you aware that thereis no provision for re-integrating the older info with the newer info? An archive file is a copy of the Money file at the time of archiving, and the archive file has transactions removed, and balances adjusted to compensate. Don't expect the file to get significantly smaller or faster. |
