In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with> Suddenly two days ago I started having problems downloading and importing > statements. > I download or import statement with no errors, get message in Money that I > have statement to read, but when I go to this account - there are no new > transactions there. Got to Tools-> Settings-> OnlineServiceSetting and select ShowStandardizedPayeeNamesForWhichANameIsNotFound. This appears to be a global (inter-file) setting. Download again. | Hi Mike, I've contacted Microsoft about this problem. So far they recommended me to recreate a Money file. I've tried - it worked, I have no problem with the new file. The problem is that I have so many accounts, bills and customizations there that to recreate all this will be a nightmare (even though something can be imported). So I'm still trying to find an alternate solution. | I'm experiencing the same problem. At first I thought it was related to my having upgraded one of my credit cards -- all the transactions on the "new" card did not show up following the automatic update. But now I've noticed on other accounts as well. Any help would be appreciated! | Hello, I'm using Money 2006 since it was released, and never had any problems. Suddenly two days ago I started having problems downloading and importing statements. I download or import statement with no errors, get message in Money that I have statement to read, but when I go to this account - there are no new transactions there. This happens to ALL accounts, not just one. Same happens when I just update Money directly. Tried to repair file, completely uninstall and reinstall Money - no luck. Do you know what could it be? I would appreciate your help. Thank you, -- Peter Afonin |
