If you are doing it with Money 98, you can either convert on an XP
system, or download a trial version of Money 2004 from a special
place, set the date of your computer to Dec 31, 2004, and convert to
Money 2004. Then convert that file to Money 2006.

I cannot open my Money 98 data file using Money 2006. How do I upgrade?
