Thanks to you, Cal Learner. I opened with the help file as you
suggested. At last, I can see it ! But it still closes when it tries to
go online to search my bank account. It says that it cannot reach
internet, but internet works fine !
So I created a duplicated Help file, so that I can work in it. I change
the values to put it as my reality. I hope it will work as fine, this
way...
If it doesn't work, i'll ''call '' you back !...

Re point 2 - you do not have to use passport or go online. But note that
Help is mostly on-line so you will need an internet connection for that.

I just installed Money 2005 (came in a bundle Works Suite 2006) on my
WinXP.
I entered my user name and password of my Microsoft Passport.
But it says it's ot the good ones and closes he program !
So I never saw a sheet of this program !

1) On which criteria is it thinking it's not the good username and
password ???
Does it check the name of my Computer or the name in my Outlook
Express, or the name in my bank account, and want it to be the same as
in my Passport account ???

2) Is it possible to use it without internet connexion ?

3) Is there any other software I could use, to make a budget and
previsions, without connexion and transfers to a real bank account ? (I
prefer to do it manually.)
