Do Help-> About in Microsoft Money first. Write down your serial
number. Then when the Microsoft site asks for a number, that is the
number to enter.

For Money 2006 Premium, see

I send my bug report to MS Customer Service, but they just keep referring me
to incorrect websites, like MSN Portfolio Manager and etc.
Thanks in advance.

Sam.
