Try adding the following key to Windows Registry:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Money\15.0]
"DeleteLifeTimePlan"=dword:00000001

(modify the version number depending upon which version of Money you use.
15.0 is Money 2006).

There's a reset button in settings for the Debt Planner. There is not one
for the Lifetime Planner that I'm aware of. You have to delete the events
manually, but be careful how you do that. Some things are derived
automatically from other sections, such as accounts listed under Savings and
Investments are real accounts in the account list.

Deleting existing entries shouldn't take long. There's a delete button on
every section.
