| Over the past few weeks, Chase has been having intermittent downloading problems. Trying again a few minutes later seems to work. If that doesn't work for you, call Chase On Line Tech Support, they'll troubleshoot it for you. -- Peace, BobJ "Eric" <eric.parucki[at]gmail.com> wrote in message news:714AA1A6-E0D5-4D98-848D-E04A98ABDC26[at]microsoft.com... - quote - > Four accounts: checking, savings, credit card and a bank line of credit. > I tried the BankOne option, but no dice... | Four accounts: checking, savings, credit card and a bank line of credit. I tried the BankOne option, but no dice... That option just told me that I did not have an online account with BankOne. | What type of accounts. Bank, credit card, loans, etc. Also, what financial institution is set up in your account setup. My credit cards set up as bank1one (even those that never were bank1one accounts) and they update perfectly. | Hi -- I recently installed Money Deluxe 2006 and followed the instructions for setting up direct import of my account data from Chase (username/password verified, "activated" Money access from Chase Online). It connects, I believe, to Chase (it lists my accounts), but from there it goes to "Update in progess" for seemingly ever without displaying data. Eventually it indicates the update was unsuccessful. I have been able to direct import data from other institutions without incident. Is there something special I need to be doing? Thank you, - Eric |
