| My primary data is in M04. I'm running M06 in parallel. I'm ignorant of the * Business editions of Money. | See http://umpmfaq.info/Money2006.htm and the related pager re. M05 that it links to for one set of opinion. FWIW, I'm still have not committed to M06. M07 is probably six months or less away. Will it be "better" than M06? Only time will tell. | I'm considering upgrading upgrading but I'm trying to figure out the best time to do so and which version to upgrade to. Right now, I'm running '04 Premium and it's working fine for me so there isn't any 'Gotta have it' that compells me to rush the upgrade. I understand from reading around that there was sort of a pardigm shift with Money '05 but I don't fully understand what it was. Can anyone explain it in a nutshell? I also understand that updates/quotes will stop at some point with '04. Does anyone know when that will be? Beyond that, my biggest concern is picking the right version. I'm fairly certain that I would go with either '06 Premium or Small Business. Is there any significant difference in the interface, etc? or is there any reason why the Small Business edition wouldn't be just as good at managing personal finances? I don't currently have a need for the additional features but I do like the idea of having them available if I would want to use them at some point. |
