Thanx, WW...this solved my problem.
Did a complete un-install/re-install after saving an up-to-the-minute copy
in a unique file, and after restoring from that file, I am able to dl updates
again.
Now I just have to reset preferences and I'm good to go.....

On occasion I have had downloading issues that went away on their own and I
never did know what the problem was. Since you are getting an error message
you might try to completely uninstall Money and reinstall. I don't recall
having your specific problem but that is what I would try first since it
only takes a few minutes. Make sure you have copies of your data file in a
safe place
