What is your M2005 version? Help > About should be 14.0.*.1105.

If it isn't you need to download a patch that upgrades M2005.

Open your sample.mny file and let it go on-line and download the patch.

And nothing works. And I know I'm online since I'm using the same computer
to type this with. I can't even set up a new file, let alone re-open my
previous one, or even one of my backups. I've seen a few people mention chat
support, so I was wondering how to get to that, or preferably phone support,
if it exists.
