Don't know if QIF, per se, does that, but Money does a decent job of> Payees which include *Woolworth* and *Coles* (which are downloaded via QIF > import) to be categorised as "Groceries"? remembering the last category you used for a particular payee. You may need to change a setting related to auto-fill, or something like that. Also, for OFX downloaded transactions, it tries to do some guessing if it doesn't already know the payee, and sometimes gets it right. -- Chris Cowles Gainesville, FL |
