IT SEEMS I NEED A NEW VERSION OF msxml: (MSXML 4.0 SP2)

Unfortunately, I have version 2.8 which was put on by Musicmatch software
(MSXML_MDAC28).

I am at a loss of what to do now. If Money Deluxe 2006 required an updated
version of MSXML 4.0 SP2, why didn't it install from the CD?

I've gone to the two links below and printed up the instructions:

I tried Method 1 on the first link and got the first two .dll's to register, but
not the last one.
1. Type the following commands at a command prompt. Press ENTER after you type
each command.
regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\msxml.dll (OK)

regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\msxml3.dll (OK)

regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\msxml4.dll (Load Library Failed - one of the
library files needed to run this application cannot be found.)

Great! WTF now?

as I type this).
I tried at a lower resolution (800 x 600), but that didn't help and I got the
