By treating the credit card as an expense rather than a liability account.
Bills:Credit Card instead of Transfer:My CC Account.

This reduces the usefulness of budgeting.

You could choose to not include the credit card account in the
budget.

Why would you bother having a budget if you don't want to include
your expenditures paid by credit card?
