Money won't synchronize with my Etrade account.

If that does not get you going, I would call customer service at
Etrade. 1-800-STOCKS-5 (1-800-786-2575) weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to
Midnight Eastern time.

For some reason I cannot figure out why Money 2006 will not synchronize with
my Etrade investment account. I have entered the correct account information
but it will not update. Any ideas as to what I can try to make it work
properly? This is extremely frustrating. Something like this should be easy
to do and work flawlessly. Is that too much to ask for a product i paid for?
