| As of 2/21 at 12:30pm, the Chase site is down although it has been up now and then. I have not been able to get M2003 to work yet with my NetBank card which is supported by FirstUSA. It makes one wonder how the Bank One checking account transfer scheduled for the Spring will go. I hope to be banking elsewhere by then. I have both a First USA and a Chase user id that I can use to log in to the website, but no luck with direct downloads into Money with either. I tried the "Active Money" suggestion mentioned above, but it made no difference. I was able to manually download data via the website but hope this isn't the end of direct downloads. | I have a credit card with Chase and I am able to download transactions into MS Money 2006. I believe you need to activate it first. You may have to log in online to chase.com, go to Customer Center tab, scroll down to the end of page and there is a link to Activate Money, Quicken, etc. There may be a charge associated if you have a checking account, I am not sure. Read the Terms of Use. As far as I know there is no additional charge for credit cards. Nick |

Chase is my primary credit card. No problems with direct connect through> but access through Money 2006 does not. > Anyone else having issues? Money 2006 Deluxe. I have it configured with First USA as the provider. I think you can swap back and forth between Chase, BankOne, and First USA, regardless of which was the original provider. That may change, or may have changed already, as consolidation takes place. -- Chris Cowles Gainesville, FL |
