| chris: it worked, partially. the bank was listed but it kept trying to conect to services for east boston bank. the links to go the the bank web page kep going to the east bank web site. i think for the time it will stick with money 2003. this is the only account i have that does not do the direct statement downloads. thanks for your help joel |

That's quite possible. Consider downloading the 2006 trial and installed INADDITION TO your copy of 2003. Attempt to connect to your bank. If it works, that's the explanation. Your decision at that point is whether the expense of 2006 is justified by access to online banking. You can get it pretty cheap at discount stores, and free or cheap (with a rebate) if you buy TaxCut. My experience with rebates from Office Depot is pretty bad. Others might not be so bad. | hello. my bank supprt the direct online statement download function, however, the bank name does not show up on the list of banks when i try to set up the service. the bank's web shows the instructions for this and you can see the bank name on their example. in the example, it does look like a newer release of ms money. could it be only supported for new versions of money? thanks, joel |
