| I downloaded this as part of a joint promotion between Microsoft and HR Block, and chose the Premium edition. I have emphasized that in a previous email to point out that I have bought Microsoft top-of-the-line Money product, and there is already an install problem, _and there is no way to get technical support, as no one has bothered to supply a PID with the product_. Any specific help? | BTW, unless I'm just wrong, I don't even think M06 in the retail box comes with a key-into-the-app-before-it-will-work-string-of-alphanumeric-random-groupings-of-magic-codes style PID. I haven't actually purchased M06--too little to like, too much to despise. When I give the Serial #, I get The product ID number you entered is not valid or is not in the correct format. Please enter a valid product ID number and try again. Make sure the product ID number is of the form: 12345-XXX-7654321-98765. I downloaded this, didn't purchase the CD. How do I get support? What is the PID? | It's only been noted in the context of an installation failure, as near as I can recall. Have you actually checked on the Help|About page? What does having the premium edition, as opposed, to, say, the basic edition, have to do with finding the PID?
