Then you should be able to open or restore your existing files. The
way I would suggest is to copy your *.m11 file to "lbcox06.mny".
Then File-> Open lbcox06.mny after the upgrade takes. That will cause
you to re-convert the Money 2003 file after the upgrade.

the old msmoney v2003 was stable, the new 2006 seems to continually
hang. I can't hardly move even the window around with out the
application hanging up now.

my pc is practically new, no problems, except for this one application.
