..... when you enter the data, the big amount of money you have to
pay at the end of the 15 years is called the balloon amount.

If you know the payments, enter that data. Leave the interest blank
for Money to compute.

Hello,

I was wondering how I simulation an loan amortization of this type.

I have a loan called 30/15. Basically it is calculated over 30 years but
need to be paid in 15. What would be the best way to set it up ?
