| Thanks to both Chris Cowles and Dick Watson, I believe you both picked up on the crux of the issue here, i.e. Dick, "there IS some difference in the Business version" as you surmised and Chris, the accounts in question ARE characterized as Business vs. Personal and it is the Business related accounts that are not appearing in the "Multiple Accounts/Cash Flow Forcast." After further hands on with the program [Money Deluxe & Business 2002] I find a different vehicle to assess "Cash Flow" under "Reports/Reports Gallery/Business" [in the left hand column], not like that on the Personal side of the equation, but nevertheless what this program affords me...now if I can only figure out how to use it. Maybe another user of this specific application will yet peruse this Post and get back to me? Thanks for the comeback Dick, Chris, Ron -- Ron "Dick Watson" wrote: - quote - > It doesn't make sense to me that it should be finicky about what accounts to > show in FCF. | It doesn't make sense to me that it should be finicky about what accounts to show in FCF. But I can't say much more because I have no experience with the Business editions. Sorry. | Good Morning Mr. Watson: Not what I wanted to hear...especially from you. Appreciate you replying to my Post as you walked me through some stuff with Money in the past. Maybe I can shed more light on my dilemma: When I go into "Accounts & Bills," "Account Setup," all my accounts are listed under "Change an account you've already created." Clicking on each of the accounts listed, one at a time, takes me to "Update details: "Account Name." On the accounts not listed under "Multiple Accounts" [Cash Flow Forcast], under "Comment" [Update details] the two items "Include this account in the budget planner" and "Use this account for budgeted savings goals" are greyed out, while on the accounts actually listed "Multiple Accounts/Cash Flow Forcast" these items are not greyed out and both are checked. The Budget in Money is what actually brought this to my attention, i.e. until now I have simply utilized Money as a checkbook...now that I want to do a Budget, the absence of the accounts under "Multiple Accounts/Cash Flow Forcast" makes this impossible as my income comes in through one of the "missing" accounts. Does any of this make sense to you? Your continued assistance would be most appreciated. Thank-you, Ron -- Ron "Dick Watson" wrote: - quote - > Got me. I see lots of 'em. | On the pulldown for accounts on the Cash Flow Forecast off the Bills & Deposits page, there is one selection at the bottom called Multiple Accounts... It allows you to select which of your accounts to show.
