| RE: Problem with redownloading Money 2006 Deluxe If I were you, I'd make SURE that you are entering in the EXACT same passport account with the EXACT same name and password. If you do not do this, you'll never get it to work. This happened to me and I continually blamed the software and customer sevice...etc...etc... in fact I was on the phone with customer service for over 90 mins troubleshooting this stupid problem and noone asked to make sure I was using the exact same passport account. It just came to me as I was reading through some stuff during my troubleshooting of the problem on my own. Right when I said to customer service and myself, I'll just get a refund and go buy it at the store, it came to me as I was reading, for the last time, some stuff I thought might have helped me. Make sure in the software that you have opted to use the passport account for your password...etc. believe me you'll save yourself a lot of hassle. | Problem with redownloading Money 2006 Deluxe I'm having a problem redownloading Money 2006 deluxe version. This article was posted earlier, giving the web page for redownloading Money 2005, 2006. I have followed the article to the tee. It will download fine, I will logon to Money 2006 with my passport. Then it will update my info. Then it tells me to restart Money for everything to take effect. When I do, It will come up to the trial version. I paid for Money 2006 Deluxe and I do have the confirmation.
