How did you turn off the synch? I have the same problem on my computer, it
won't even let me shut down because it is stuck on Money 06. It is very
frustrating... Help!!!

I've solved the problem tonight by turning off the sync with MSN Money and
the Money servers. Ever since I upgraded from MS Money 2005 to 2006 a couple
weeks ago, I've had nothing but problems. It's slower, it doesn't sync with
MBNA, it sits and spins in this online update mode forever. I've tried new
Passport, new Money file, reverting back to MS Money 2005. Nothing.

It's a shame this is what the upgrade to MS Money 2006 has gotten me. Shame
on me for not trying the trial version first before purchasing this.
