| Cal, thanks for your help. It turns out that the regional setting on the PC (Australia) is not the same as my old one (US), thus, Money 2003 encountered errors when coverting dates etc. The issue was then resolved by changing the regional setting on the new PC to match with the old one. Once again, thanks for your help in pointing me to the right direction. | I've been using Money 98 for 6-7 years on my laptop and currently I'm running it in Windown 2000. Recently, I acquired a laptop from my parent, which comes with Money 2003 pre-installed, running in Window XP Since I do not want to re-create transactions from previous years, I decided to open my file in Money 2003. However, when I tried to open it, I receive some form of error, stating that it cannot locate the backup file, or disk is locked or I don't have permission to access the file, after I was asked to put in my password (my file is password protected). I have retry many times and I am 100% certain that I had entered the correct password. Could someone please help me to resolve this issue because I really would like to keep my previous transactions under same file... Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
