Yes this sort of thing is annoying. MSFT has known about these bugs in
scheduled bills/deposits for years but never fixes them probably because too
few people complain or too many people keep buying Money even though it is
bug ridden.

This issue can be fixed and will probably go away when you resolve the issue
in your first post about the "deleted" item that won't go away.
