| similar problem. Downloaded the trial version and upgraded from 2005. Everything went fine. Now I'm trying to install the paid premium version. Seemed to go alright but when I start Money I get a message asking if I want to download the update. I say yes and nothing happens. The status bar sits on 1% with no progress.
