Perhaps also because the product placement - in Home and Entertainment, (read
TOY version) and the products dismal performance as a serious tool for a
SMALL BUSINESS OWNER causes them (and I, shortly) to move on to a more useful
tool

I'm realizing that MSM:SB is a joke and statements in particular are a cruel
joke.

This is the final straw and a deal breaker. I want my money back This
product cannot be used for the purpose it was advertised for, namely running
a small business.

I just went in there to play with some more, and if you go to Invoice List,
on the left hand side, there's a link to "Print Customer Statement". This
will show a Zero balance due, or remaining balance due. You can choose to
preview it before you print.

Hope that helps. I guess neither of us looked hard enough the first time!

I just tried this, and the invoice is showing no payment. There are three
things I can think of off-hand to do. Invest in a cheap "Paid" stamp and ink
pad, or write PAID IN FULL in the Customer Note section before you print the
invoice. The third option I'm thinking of is having two templates. One for
Invoices to be paid, and another for Receipts. At the top, instead of your
company name, have Receipt for Payment. In the address section put your co.
name and "This is not a bill.". Just like those annoying EOB's we get from
the doctor's office/insurance companies.

All three of them.

Default Sales Receipt?

I have Money 2006 Small Business. After I have received a payment for an
invoice, is there a way to print up a receipt to send back to the customer?
or perhaps a way to print a PAID invoice?
