| Recording a consolidation fund transaction in a mutual fund. How do you record the transaction when you have mutual funds that combine (a consolidation) I have a Scudder IRA and last year they closed one of my funds and merged it with another fund. I have the number of shares transferred and the price per share but I don't know how to record this. The options given for investment transactions doesn't seem to cover this? Can anyone help? |
