If BrownCo is using a different password for their OFX exports, then it's up
to them to determine the what is acceptable (i.e. length, numeric only,
etc). Money simply honors those limitations.

I am not a BrownCo customer.

Requiring customers to decrease the security of their accounts is
hardly a solution. But I had considered it just to make things simpler
for myself.

I did ask BrownCo and am waiting to hear. However one person has told
me that updated bank information is only supplied through product
upgrades, not through product updates. I hope that's not the case.

I am trying to Synch Microsoft Money 2004 with BrownCo, but the
password field only allows up to 8 characters. According to the FAQ on
BrownCo...

So is there a way for me to manually edit the password size that Money
will allow for my BrownCo account? How do I tell if this is a Money
issue or a BrownCo issue?
