Ha! I've found it!
Don't try to do it by choosing the obvious "change the spending areas you
watch closely" which comes up in several places. That will only result in
three categories being displayed.
Instead from the toolbar choose "Tools" > "Customise Money Advice"> "Monthly
Spending" and set things up from that place.
I often find that Money has a habit of hiding its little gems in less than
obvious places. But then I suppose that is what you are supposed to do with
things like gems or money!!!
