| ING Direct USA no longer supported I guess support ended Jan 9 (the date of my last automatic online update). I asked a service rep, and she had me create a new data file and try to add ING Direct USA from there. Now, Money advises me to download statements direct from the website. Coincidentally, as I pointed out in an earlier thread, my other bank stopped updating on the same day. According to the service rep, that bank is experiencing issues and will be resolved February 3. Bah. |
